Brussels sprouts: 600 g
Walnuts, coarsely chopped: 25 g
Rashers streaky bacon, chopped: 4
Butter: 25 g

How to prepare

1. Place the sprouts in a pan of salted, boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, then drain.
2. Heat a large frying pan and fry the bacon until crisp, then add the walnuts and fry for 1 minute.
3. Add the sprouts and the butter and cook, stirring often, until lightly browned.
