  • Peppermint schnapps: 60 ml
  • Kahlúa: 30 ml
  • Baileys: 90 ml
  • Amarula: 60 ml
  • Ice cubes: 2

How to prepare

  1. Place 2 martini glasses into the fridge and chill for 30 minutes
  2. Place the crushed ginger biscuits onto a saucer. Pour a small amount of cold water onto a separate saucer. To decorate the chilled glasses, dip the rims into the water, then into the biscuit crumbs
  3. Place the peppermint schnapps, Kahlúa, Baileys and Amarula into a cocktail shaker. Top up with the ice cubes, shake well and strain into the martini glasses
