- Ginger biscuits, crushed: 2
- Peppermint schnapps: 60 ml
- Kahlúa: 30 ml
- Baileys: 90 ml
- Amarula: 60 ml
- Ice cubes: 2
How to prepare
- Place 2 martini glasses into the fridge and chill for 30 minutes
- Place the crushed ginger biscuits onto a saucer. Pour a small amount of cold water onto a separate saucer. To decorate the chilled glasses, dip the rims into the water, then into the biscuit crumbs
- Place the peppermint schnapps, Kahlúa, Baileys and Amarula into a cocktail shaker. Top up with the ice cubes, shake well and strain into the martini glasses
